How do I find a product I want?
The best way to find a product is through the baydragon search engine. Enter some keywords of the product your are looking for in the search field provided at top-left corner, and click go, you will then get a list of product matching your search criteria.

What if I want a product that is sold out?
If a product is sold out, the quantity field is disabled to avoid accepting any more orders. But you can click the product description link to go into the details page, and click the "request stock" button to ask us to get more for you!

FREIGHT

How is the order delivered? How much does it cost?
The order is delivered through Fastway Courier. The cost is from $3.00 and up to $6 New Zealand wide, depending on how heavy it is. The actual freight will be listed on the check out page (2 of 3 steps check out).

A small order, e.g. single cards, can be delivered through New Zealand Post. That will be just 90 cents.

What are bonus points?
Bonus points are put into place to reward customers who regularly shop on www.baydragon.co.nz. Every time you place an order, the bonus points based on your spending will be calculated and added to your account. Remember, every dollar counts.

Baydragon will send you a gift voucher when your bonus points have reached 100. You can use your gift voucher next time you shop on baydragon

How much will I save?
8% of every dollar you spend on baydragon.co.nz.

What do I do to start accumulating bonus points?
You need to do nothing. Everyone registered on www.baydragon.co.nz is automatically included in this program.

How do I check bonus points gained for my orders?
Before submitting your order, you can check your bonus points in Shopping Cart page. It is printed right above the order sub-total.

To show bonus points you earned for previous orders, go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points".

How do I redeem my bonus points for a gift voucher?
The system will monitor everyone's bonus points balance. It will send you a gift voucher when your balance is more than or equal to 100 points. A $8 voucher is awarded for 100 bonus points, or a $16 voucher for 200 bonus points.

How do I use my baydragon voucher?
To redeem your baydragon voucher, place an order at baydragon.co.nz. During the checkout procedure you will be able to enter your voucher code and apply it by clicking APPLY VOUCHER TO THIS ORDER button.

Does gift voucher expire?
A gift voucher will expire in two months from issue date.
