How to find a stock I want?
The best way to find a stock is through baydragon search engine. By entering some words of the stock description in the search field provided at top-left corner and click go, you will get a list of stock matching your search criteria.

What if I want buy a stock that has been sold out?
If a stock has been sold out, the quantity field is disabled to avoid accepting any more order. But you can click the stock description link to go into the details page, and click "request stock" to ask us to get more for you!

FREIGHT

How is the order delivered? and how much does it cost?
The order is delivered through Fastway Courier. The cost is between $2.50 up to $5.50 New Zealand wide, depends on how heavy it is. The actual freight will be listed on check out page (2 of 3 steps check out).

A small order, e.g. single cards, can be delivered through New Zealand Post. That will be just 50 cents.

What is bonus points?
Bonus points is introduced to reward customers who regularly and loyally shop on www.baydragon.co.nz. Everytime you place an order, the bonus points based on your spending will be caculated and added to your account. And remember every dollar is counted.

Baydragon will send you a gift voucher when your bonus points has reached 100. You can use your gift voucher next time you shop on baydragon

What do I do to start accumulating bonus points?
You need do nothing. Everyone registered on www.baydragon.co.nz is automatically included in this program.

How do I check bonus points gained for my orders?
Before submitting your order, you can check bonus points in Shopping Cart page. It is printed right above the order sub-total.

To list bonus points you earned for previous orders, go to "Account", then click "Bonus Points".

How do I redeem my bonus points for a gift voucher?
The system will monitor everyone's bonus points balance. It will send you a gift voucher when your balance is more than or equal to 100 points. A $10 voucher for 100 bonus points, or a $20 voucher for 200 bonus points.

How do I use baydragon voucher?
To redeem your baydragon voucher, place an order at baydragon.co.nz. During the checkout procedure you will be able to enter your voucher code and apply it by clicking APPLY VOUCHER TO THIS ORDER button.

Does gift voucher expire?
A gift voucher will expire in a month from issue date.
